Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

• Standard Shipping (5-8 business days): $6.99 or FREE on orders over $65.

• Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available for an additional fee.

3. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

4. Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently offer international shipping.

5. Delivery
Packages are typically left at your doorstep or in your mailbox. Please retrieve them promptly.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, check with neighbors and your local post office first. Report damaged packages to us within 48 hours as per our Return Policy.
