Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your storage solutions. Please review our policy carefully.

1. Return & Exchange Window & Conditions
Most items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging and components.

  • Storage Boxes: Must be clean, undamaged, and returned with any lids or dividers.

  • Vacuum Compression Bags: Must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Once the seal is broken, they cannot be returned for hygiene and functional reasons.

  • Clothing Hanger Bags: Must be returned with all included hangers, zippers functioning, and free of any marks or odors.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective upon arrival:

  • Used or opened products of any kind (especially vacuum bags and used storage boxes).

  • Damaged items resulting from customer misuse, improper cleaning, or failure to follow instructions (e.g., overfilling a vacuum bag causing a seam burst).

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Clearance, sale, or "final sale" items.

  • Items not in original condition or missing parts.

3. The Return Process (For Eligible Items)

  1. Contact Us: Initiate a return by contacting customer service with your order number and reason.

  2. Receive Authorization: If eligible, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

  3. Pack & Ship: You are responsible for repackaging the item securely in its original packaging and for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable service.

  4. Refund/Exchange: After receipt and inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or is defective (e.g., broken zipper, leaky vacuum valve, cracked storage box):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the defect.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
